My AC blows cold air when outside temp is below low 80's, but ac's functions diminishes as outside temp rises, and ac blows warm air as outside temp approaches 100 deg F, when I need AC the most. Checked freon level, there is sufficient freon. Checked AC compressor pressures, low pressure side seems to stay over 70 psi.
