WebLight crossbow is very portable that I say it's still quite good and competitive. If your build has no more than 13 STR and/or 9 DEX, it's a worthy arsenal to consider. IMHO, crossbows of Souls franchise have come a long way, and finally stood on their own feet starting with DkS2 thanks to the added ability to zoom in in 2H stance.
